STEP 1: If you believe your item is inauthentic, we’ll guide you through our return authentication process. The item must be returned to us for a re-authentication check to ensure it’s the same item originally purchased.

STEP 2: Customers will be required to submit photos/videos of the item and its original packaging, including the CCIC tag and Entrupy QR code, before shipping it back. This ensures that we are receiving the correct item.

STEP 3: Upon receiving the returned item, we will perform a thorough re-authentication using Entrupy and CCIC to ensure it has not been replaced with a counterfeit item.

Once the item is verified as authentic, we will process a full refund for your purchase.

In the rare case of a mismatch, we will work directly with Entrupy and CCIC to investigate the issue and ensure complete transparency
